PREMIER COMMUNICATIONS TO PURCHASE IGL TELECONNECT
Sioux Center, IA. – October 31, 2023 – Premier Communications of Sioux Center, Iowa has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with Great Lakes Communication Corp. d/b/a IGL TeleConnect to purchase its local telephone and Internet business.

The closing is subject to routine regulatory approvals, which are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
